Virtual Asset Service Provider registration.
We assist virtual-asset businesses — exchanges, custodians, brokers and wallet providers — with registration or licensing as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) and with building the AML/CFT framework regulators expect. UNICORP prepares and coordinates the application; the relevant authority decides whether to register or license the business, and we do not guarantee the outcome or any banking relationship.
Activity mapping
We define which VASP activities you perform and the regimes that fit.
Compliance build
We prepare the AML/CFT framework and corporate structure the regime requires.
Application
We submit and manage the registration/licence application with the regulator.
Ongoing compliance
We support monitoring, reporting and periodic review after registration.
Government/regulator fees, audit, capital and compliance-tooling costs vary by jurisdiction and are quoted per engagement, separate from our preparation fee. Crypto/virtual-asset advertising is separately restricted by ad networks regardless of licensing.
Is a VASP registration the same everywhere?
No. Requirements differ significantly — some regimes are a registration with an AML supervisor, others are a full licence with capital and audit obligations. We match your activities to the appropriate regime rather than copying one country's rules onto another.
Will registration guarantee a bank account?
No. VASP registration is separate from banking. Banks and payment providers run their own risk assessment of virtual-asset businesses, and approval is at their discretion.
Requirements, fees and categories are set by the relevant authority and should be confirmed against its current official guidance.
