Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of UNICORP's website and corporate services. Please read them carefully. This is general information, not legal advice, and is subject to review by UNICORP's legal advisor.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing our website or engaging UNICORP Services Limited (“UNICORP”, “we”, “us”) for any service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our services

UNICORP provides corporate services including company formation, business banking introductions, structuring, compliance support and custom digital development (Digital Studio). Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.

3. Engagement and quotes

Certain services are delivered on a fixed-fee basis and others by individual quotation. A service is engaged once you complete checkout for a fixed-fee service, or accept a written quote for a quote-based service, and provide the information we require to begin.

4. Client responsibilities (KYC / AML)

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documents, including any identity and verification information required under applicable Know-Your-Customer and Anti-Money-Laundering rules. Services cannot proceed until required documentation is received and cleared. You are responsible for the lawful use of any entity, account or structure we help establish.

5. Fees, government and third-party costs

Our fees are stated at the point of engagement. Government, registry, licensing, banking and other third-party charges may apply in addition and are set by those third parties. Indicative prices shown on the website are estimates and are confirmed before you proceed.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. You authorise us to charge the amounts confirmed at checkout or in your accepted quote.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and depends on the stage of processing and any third-party or government costs already incurred.

8. No guarantee of outcomes

We deliver our services professionally, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes that are determined by third parties or authorities — including government approvals, bank account opening, licensing, citizenship or residency decisions, or processing times.

9. Third-party services

Some services rely on third parties such as registries, banks, payment processors and communication tools. Their own terms and privacy practices apply, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

10. Intellectual property

Website content is owned by UNICORP or its licensors. For Digital Studio projects, ownership of deliverables transfers to you as set out in the applicable statement of work, once fees are paid in full.

11. Confidentiality

We treat your information as confidential and share it only as needed to deliver your services, comply with the law, or as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNICORP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of government, changes in law, third-party outages or force majeure events.

14. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, subject to confirmation by UNICORP's legal advisor.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version applies. Questions can be sent to info@uniincorp.com.
