Licensing & Regulatory
Brokerage licensing advisory.
We provide application-preparation and advisory support for firms seeking authorisation to operate as a retail or institutional forex/CFD broker. A broker licence lets a firm lawfully solicit clients, hold client money and execute trades under a financial regulator's rules. UNICORP does not issue the licence and cannot guarantee it — the regulator assesses your business plan, capital, directors and compliance framework and makes the decision.
Readiness review
We assess your model, capital and target markets and recommend suitable regimes.
Documentation
We build the business plan, policies and application pack the regulator requires.
Submission & liaison
We file the application and respond to the regulator's questions with you.
Post-licence setup
We help stand up ongoing compliance, reporting and renewals once authorised.
Regulator, government and third-party costs (legal, audit, capital) vary by jurisdiction and are quoted per engagement. Minimum regulatory capital is set by the regulator and is separate from our fee.
Do you sell the licence, or guarantee approval?
No. We prepare and manage your application professionally, but the licence is granted by the financial regulator on its own criteria. Approval, conditions and timelines are entirely the regulator's decision.
Which jurisdiction is cheapest?
The lowest headline cost is rarely the best fit — regulator credibility affects your banking, liquidity and client trust. We compare capital, substance and ongoing obligations against your target markets before recommending a route.
Requirements, fees and categories are set by the relevant authority and should be confirmed against its current official guidance.
