US EIN & ITIN for your business.
An Employer Identification Number (EIN) is a US federal tax ID issued by the IRS to identify business entities — needed to open US bank accounts, file returns and trade in the US. An Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) is issued to non-US individuals who must file a US tax return but are not eligible for a Social Security Number. Both are essential tools for international entrepreneurs and investors.
| Service | Timeline | Fee (USD) |
|---|---|---|
| EIN for US LLC or Corp | 3–7 business days | $200 – $350 |
| EIN for Trust / Foundation | 7–10 business days | $250 – $400 |
| ITIN for non-US person | IRS standard ~7 weeks* | $450 – $650 |
| Bundle: LLC + EIN + ITIN | EIN in days; ITIN follows IRS ~7 weeks | From $1,200 |
An EIN is free if you apply directly with the IRS at irs.gov; our fee covers preparation, filing and follow-up (valuable mainly for foreign-owned entities without an SSN/ITIN). The bundle includes: all-inclusive LLC formation (state filing fee covered), EIN preparation and filing, and ITIN application assistance (Form W-7). *The IRS typically processes an ITIN in about 7 weeks, and 9–11 weeks during peak season (15 Jan–30 Apr) or when applying from overseas — we provide ITIN application assistance, filing proof and follow-up but cannot speed up or guarantee IRS processing. We are not the IRS and do not issue identifiers.
Do I need to visit the US to get an EIN or ITIN?
No. The entire process is handled remotely — no US presence or Social Security Number is required. We prepare the filings and manage submission on your behalf.
How long does an ITIN take?
The IRS typically processes an ITIN in about 7 weeks, rising to 9–11 weeks during peak season (15 January–30 April) or when applying from overseas. We provide ITIN application assistance, filing proof and follow-up, but we cannot expedite or guarantee IRS processing.
Can you get an EIN for a non-US owned company?
Yes. We regularly obtain EINs for foreign-owned US LLCs and corporations, including the IRS confirmation letter and W-9 support.
Requirements, fees and categories are set by the relevant authority and should be confirmed against its current official guidance.
